Weddingbee ideas
We're looking into creating advanced search that supports user-specifc search and date-level sorting:

However, we won't be able to search both the blog and the boards for all posts by a particular user... that's just b/c they're both powered by different software programs.
That said, we can do a lot of what you ask just for the blog or just for the boards! Let us know if you're interested by voting on this or the other search ideas! :-)

If you do a search for something that you vaguely remember like "red shoes" and you know it was posted within the last month but you don't remember by who or when exactly, it's very hard to find using the basic "search" button. You get a list of returns but the first few pages could be from 2006 or 2007. You may have to go in 4 or 5 pages before you get to that "red shoe" post form Feb 2009. Having a filter allowing people to search by "most recent" and "oldest"
In addition having a filter that allows you to sort search results by which Bee posted would be helpful. Right now if I wanted to find a post that Mrs. Ant did, I would have to click on her name and go through all of her posts...and these would not include the posts she may have done on the boards. So if you had a way to search "all entries by Mrs. Ant" and then I could input "makeup" or whatever I was looking for that would be useful.
