Do you mean something like this?
http://www.weddingbee.com/author/mrs-bee/
Or maybe something stripped down, showing only the title?
I think she means like a list of just their post titles...
Lots of bees have been filling out their wikis to include all relevant information about themselves... a few great ones are:
Tiramisu (new today!) - http://wiki.weddingbee.com/Tiramisu
Lemon - http://wiki.weddingbee.com/Lemon
Radish - http://wiki.weddingbee.com/Radish
Eggplant - http://wiki.weddingbee.com/Eggplant
We can encourage bees to fill these out as they get married!
Yes, stripped down archives. Maybe just the date, title and accompanying tags. That would make for lickety split searching and make it easier to pick up where you left off reading if you haven't been keeping up with the Bees for a while.
I agree!!! It should be just a simple list....when you click on a Bee, you see just the titles of their entries in chronological order. Kind of like how Miss. Sea Breeze recaps after each new entry, listing links to many of her previous ones at the end of the entry.
We can't really mess with the existing archives page, as a lot of people like to use them to read old posts:

Bit we could create an improved search just for blogs! You'd be able to filter by author, and then sort by either relevance or date... or just search across all authors (but just the blog, not the other sections).
Would that do the trick here?
yes, I was thinking of the stripped down archives, with just the title of their entry (with date and tags - it would be helpful). Is there no other way you can make an extra archive page linked to the Bee's name? It would make it so much easier than having to click through 10 pages to find something that you saw months ago. The search strategy is good too.
True, I often like to read the entire blog history of a specific person. Is there no way that once you've clicked on a Bee's name, the 'older' button on each post could link to the previous post by that Bee? Or is that what you mean by the archives pages?
I guess having just a list of the post names means we could open each one in a new tab to read a person's story in order more easily.
Along the same lines, I've always wished we could jump to a certain month when reading a Bee's entries. It's kind of tedious have to click "older" over and over again.
We can't change the "older" button on each post to sometimes point to the previous post by that author... because then depending on how you got to a page, that "older" button would lead to two different places:
I would love a link that would take you back post by post for a certain bee. Maybe next to the "older" "newer" links there could be "older by this bee" links?
I agree, this is something I've always wanted to see on the site — for each bee to have an index of her/his posts. I'm not sure that people think to go directly to the Wiki for this information, and even then there is no consistent format from bee to bee, since its entered by each individual bee.
Maybe there could be a more specific bio page for each bee? Like there is currently the listing for "Miss Bees" or "Mrs. Bees" and when you click on a bee's name, it takes you to her author page with posts from most recent to oldest (and bio on the left). Maybe instead, it could take you to a bio page, giving you both an index of all of that bee's posts (showing date/title/comments/tags) as well as giving you the option to read through the posts from most recent to oldest.
If an index is not possible, I like Tiramisu's idea — so rather than having to click back to the main author page for that bee from whatever post I was reading, I could click a specific "older by this bee" (or "newer") button to continue taking me through that bee's posts.
I love Cupcake's idea - I'd love to be able to click on a blogger-bee's name and see their bio and a list of all their posts.
I like Cupcake's idea the best. A bee's bio page with an index of all their posts. That way, if someone wanted to read in order from oldest to newest, they can just click on the links and open them in new tabs... or in whatever order they wanted it.
I like when bees add all the information on their wikis. Right now, I just go through their old posts by clicking on their names. I recently just started going through all the married bees. Its really fun to go through the entire process!
Along this same line of thinking, it'd be great if on the Bee bios there was a place to put their personal website if they have one. I recall several bees having personal sites that they might mention once but it's difficult to try to wade through all the posts to find again if you forget to bookmark it.
I agree with cupcake and others...it'd be really nice to just read old posts from one particular bee. An index might be the answer for that!
I so agree with Tiramisu on this one...one of my (still) favorite things to do is read an entire bee's archives...currently to do so you have to go to their first post, and then click through and then back to each individual post. My computer gets tired doing that. :)
Ditto - some kind of a "table of contents" for each bee.... If I wanted to see Mrs. Avocado's programs, it currently takes ages to find them! Would be great to see the titles (or tags) for bee-specific postings!
Thank you for posting this!! I was looking for this exact functionality yesterday.

Can we get a page of the Bees' entries to date. For example, if we clicked on Mrs. Bee's name, it would have a list of all her linked enty titles (perhaps with tags) so that we can easily look for something or re-read someone's DIY project. Thanks!
