For those who have questions about using the site, their accounts, etc., perhaps a message board could reduce the number of emails your customer service receives. This way, if someone has a question, (like they can't figure out how to change their password, or whatever) they can just post it to the boards and other users can help. Plus, you could see if someone else already asked the same question and received an answer.

We're preparing a separate message board, optimized for customer service. :-)  Users will be able to select the Best Answer, and that one will pop up to the top (kinda like Yahoo Answers!).

Are you guys still working on this?
