...so that if vendors send us spam to our message box, or if we see it on the board (as described in the FAQ) it is easily reported.

 I give this idea since a photographer sent me a huge message about his services, which I am sure was just the vendor sending to all bee's in the area. I see in the FAQ that they are not allowed to do this, but I have no idea how to report it!

There should be a "Flag" button next to all Boards posts... that triggers an email to our moderation team, so we can look at any reports of spam! :-)

We don't have something similar for our Private Messaging though... so we'll count votes and comments on this post count towards that idea!
